You can track the products on our website. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment has been shipped.

How can I pay for my order ?

We accept MC, Visa, Paypal, etc. All payments are safe and Secure through Shopify.

What is your Returns Policy?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Our policy lasts 14 days. So please return the product within the 14 days you received your order. Please send us an email and please make sure to email us a copy of your receipt.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in certain countries,  which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After your order has been processed, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping (varies by Country to Country). In most cases, the orders are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks.

We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!

Defective Product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 3 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, LADIES SUPER STORE will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
